Want to make sure you're riding the best routes in the area? Want to spend more time in the saddle and less time consulting a map?
We are working in partnership with Escape Mountain Biking who will take care of everything, from thoroughly researched routes to perfectly timed cake shop stops and essential trailside repairs. Leave it all to your leader, leaving you to simply enjoy the ride!
We have Kona Blast mountain bikes available for hire in a range of frame sizes. These are lightweight hardtail (front suspension) bikes with 24 gears and disc brakes.
A day of mountain biking would usually be from 10am to 4pm starting from the Red Lion. The guided tours with bike hire will take a maximum of 6 people at a cost of £300 for the group.

You can bring your own bikes and still take advantage of our guided tours: The cost for this would be £150.
The cost for hiring a bike with helmet and water bottle, but without a guide is £25 per bike, per day
We have safe, secure storage at the Red Lion to keep your bikes in overnight. Pre-booking is required.
