We have recently purchased The Old Police House in Burnsall, which is situated in the heart of the village. The accommodation consists of- ground floor- large sitting/dining room with open fireplace, fench windows lead onto the sheltered south facing rear terrace, large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/fridge freezer/microwave etc. Upstairs 1 double with king size antique bed, 1 twin bedded room and 1 single bedroom.House bathroom with shower over the bath. There is also space for an additional camp bed or cot in either of the double rooms. Front and rear gardens, and ample parking.
We are delighted to be able to offer our holiday cottages which are situated in the courtyard adjacent to the hotel (actually on the riverbank itself) for holiday rental. The cottages have upside down living accommodation to take advantage of the wonderful views of river and fell. We have completely refurbished and redecorated the cottages, which were converted some years ago from our barns and out buildings.
The accommodation comprises one double and one twin bedroom, plus 3-piece bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a delightfully furnished large airy sitting room with TV/Video/CD and Radio, which has fine views of the river and fell. The kitchens have been completely refitted with quality appliances including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, and have dining areas, which look onto the river. All electric, linen and towels are included in the rental price. There is space for two cars in the adjoining hotel car park. You may bring one small well-behaved pet (we make a charge of £20 per week for this).

A non refundable 50 per cent deposit is required with your booking and the balance 6 weeks prior to your stay (or the full amount if less than 6 wks prior). Tenancy comm. 3.p.m. Saturday and ends 10.30 a.m Saturday. The tenant is required to leave the property ‘as it was found’ THAT IS IN A CLEAN AND TIDY STATE otherwise an extra cleaning charge of £50 will be charged, the owners accept no liability for injury, loss or damage to tenants and their property.
